When you are looking for premium mixing and mastering engineers to give your music project the best possible sonic outcome, do you hire a commercial studio with random engineers and hope for the best, or do you seek the right people who will truly understand your vision and elevate your outcome?
Are you tired of mixes that lack depth, warmth and energy, but find it difficult to justify the cost of a large format studio with all the additional costs involved, especially in the current climate of a largely self funding music industry?
FluffyPuppyMusic solves both of these issues by being home to the safe hands of seasoned audio professionals
Trevor Lancaster-Smith
and Paul Chivers
(aka Ramjac Corporation)
with our rather excellent FluffyPuppyStudio included with no additional costs.
We specialise in mixing, remixing and mastering commercial releases for record labels, producers, and independent artists.
With over 30 years of experience individually working with major and independent labels, our team brings reassuring expertise to every project.

Send us your tracks or stems and experience a new level of excellence in your mixed and mastered music.

With over 35 years experience programming, producing, engineering and mixing, Paul has great knowledge of both modern and traditional studio practices and is one of the nicest engineers you are ever going to meet! His rhythm and editing skills have led him to program drums for Herbie Hancock & Coldcut, Juno Reactor, Ojos De Brujo and Asian Dub Foundation, to studio work with Transglobal Underground, Jeff Wayne, Faith I Branko, Irresistible Force, Freq Nasty, Holger Hiller, and Laurel Aitken and to collaborations with Chip E, one of the godfathers of House music and also with Jonah Sharp of Spacetime Continuum and Reflective Records.
Paul is a Professor of Electronic and Produced Music at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and teaches Sound Art and Afrocentric Drumming at the City Literary Institute. He was the proprietor and head engineer at Hampstead Music and Voice Studio (HMVS) for a period of 20 years and was a partner in Mango Multimedia Studio at Spitafields Market, having built his first commercial studio at Community Music in Farringdon in 1994.

Ramjac toured with Orbital, The Shaman and Mixmaster Morris. The number one hit
"The Bouncer" by Kicks Like a Mule originated in Paul's studio while simultaneously working with British techno legend Lee Purkis (aka In Sync). Mixmag rightly dubbed Ramjac as one of the Keyboard Wizards of Acid House.
Paul studied with British Jazz drummer John Stevens and Ghanaian master drummer Isaac Tagoe, he has been a touring percussionist with Dub Colossus, State of Bengal, VU and the Night Trains.
He is particularly knowledgeable in Cuban and West African styles of percussion.
